Who’s That Girl?

Who’s that girl looking at me in the mirror?
I see her face every single day—
The long brown hair, eyes as blue as seas,
But I don’t recognize her, I fear.

She says we share a name,
That we are one and the same.
What is this game?
Who’s in that frame?
Have I gone insane?

No?

Then why don’t I know my own reflection?
She looks like me down to my complexion.
She looks like me; why can’t I see
Myself in her eyes anymore?

Her smile is different than before.
Her smile is smaller than before.
Her smile is faker at the core
And I don't see myself anymore.
